Nandini Milk
Products
The Federation's flagship products plant — where milk becomes the everyday Nandini range, packed and sent out under the name the state knows.
Some things are built once, for the whole state. Beyond the district unions, the Federation runs twelve specialist units the plants and facilities that make what a single union can't, at the scale a state needs.

The district milk unions handle a region's everyday milk. KMF's own units handle the rest: the flagship product plants, the cattle-feed and packaging plants that supply every union, the powder capacity that stores a flush-season surplus, the training centres that teach the next generation of dairy farmers, and the depots that carry Nandini across India.
Together, they're the backbone the brand runs on.

The Federation's flagship products plant — where milk becomes the everyday Nandini range, packed and sent out under the name the state knows.
One of KMF's largest dairies, turning out fresh milk and products for the city and beyond, every single morning.
Where long-life and value-added dairy is made — the products built to travel furthest and keep longer, without losing what's inside.
Creamy happiness at scale — Nandini ice cream, made in Ballari and sent right across Karnataka.
A good season makes more milk than a day can drink. Here the surplus becomes skimmed milk powder — so nothing from a flush season goes to waste.
Paneer and cheese at scale — the plant behind Nandini's growing fresh-and-soft cheese range.

Nine plants, Gubbi, Dharwad, Hassan, Shikaripura, Rajanukunte, K R Pete, Arakalagudu, Sadali and Hospete — making balanced cattle feed, around 75,000 MT a month, so a farmer's herd eats well and gives well.

The quiet engine of better herds: frozen-semen production for scientific breeding, lifting yield one generation at a time.
The film every pouch is sealed in, made in-house so packaging quality is never left to a supplier's off-day.
The distribution spine — depots across Karnataka and beyond, moving fresh Nandini from plant to parlour to doorstep. 18 in Karnataka, 8 in other states.

Dairy products this network puts on shelves
When an order runs to thousands of litres or a shelf abroad, this is the network behind it — owned end to end, so we can stand behind what it ships.
